Alternative dispute resolution. Under Portuguese Law 144/2015, consumers may use the territorially competent ADR entity. Where applicable, CNIACC can be consulted at www.cniacc.pt; if it lacks jurisdiction, the centre forwards the case to the appropriate entity.
Online dispute resolution. The former European ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. The online route currently available in Portugal is the Electronic Complaints Book, without prejudice to the competent ADR entities.
