It depends on complexity. Simple automations are ready in 1 to 2 weeks. More complete systems take 4 to 8 weeks. The diagnostic and proposal take less than 48 hours. In every case, the goal is fast impact, not month-long projects that ship nothing.

No. We use AI when it makes sense, where there is volume, variation and clear gain. In many cases, the best solution is a well-structured database or a simple system the team actually uses. Technology serves the result, not the other way around.

Thirty minutes in which we map the current process, identify the 3 biggest loss points and estimate the impact of fixing each one. You receive a document with what can improve and what it is worth, with no commitment to continue.

Yes. Most of the work is done remotely. We have experience with teams in Portugal, Spain and Brazil. The initial diagnostic is always over video call.

Yes. PRR Notice 03/C05-i14.01/2025 ("AI in SMEs") closed on 28/11/2025 - no new submissions accepted. The active vehicle today for funding AI, automation and software in Portuguese SMEs is Portugal 2030, SICE SME Qualification track, with 220 rolling calls in 2026 and 40-75% co-funding. We continue implementing already-awarded PRR projects (execution window through 30/06/2026) and structure new Portugal 2030 applications. Yes. We build dashboards for production, cost per project, margin per client and cash flow indicators for metalwork, fabrication and construction SMEs. We start from the company's real data: Excel, ERP, paper or WhatsApp. We centralise data in a single source of truth and connect it to dashboards accessible on mobile or desktop.

We pick tools based on the problem, not the hype. We usually combine commercial LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) with European cloud infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel), automation (n8n, Python) and relational databases. When data sovereignty or privacy matters, we use self-hosted open-source models. The rule is simple: the system has to work and the company has to be able to maintain it.

Yes. We are based in Viana do Castelo and regularly work with companies across Minho, Porto, Galicia and the rest of north-western Iberia. For deeper engagements we travel on-site. For most phases we work remotely with weekly video sessions.
