Who owns the code in the end?

You do. We hand over the code, the database and the access. We build on industry-standard technology, with no dependency on a closed box or on us to keep it going.

Why not just buy an off-the-shelf SaaS?

You can, and sometimes it makes sense. But a generic SaaS forces the team to bend the process to the tool. With bespoke software, the tool bends to your process, and that is where the margin shows up.

What is Evolution and Support?

It is the plan that starts after delivery. The system stays hosted, monitored and evolving, with limited hours or credits per month and a response SLA. We sell the outcome, a system that always works, not one-off tasks.

And when I need something new, out of scope?
