Combines technical authorship with strategic decision-making. Keeps scopes pragmatic, weekly delivery visible, and the client interface direct from the first diagnostic to the production system.
How we work.
- Engineering, not slideware. The same person who scopes the work writes the code. Deliverable: software in production, not decks.
- Weekly rhythm. Every week ships something visible. Clear stop / go criteria at each milestone.
- Free diagnostic first. 30 minutes mapping the process, identifying the three biggest loss points and estimating the impact of resolving each. No commitment.
- PT, ES and EN. Multilingual delivery for SMEs in Portugal, Spain and Brazil.
- Client owns the code. By default, the client owns code and data. No vendor lock-in.
- Critical-operation rigour. Cybersecurity, authentication and sensitive-data handling are reviewed by a senior advisor with experience in national critical infrastructure.
The difference is in the fit.
A large consultancy sells at enterprise scale with 9-month sales cycles and layered teams. A generic agency delivers campaigns, not operational systems. A freelancer ships code without the strategic scoping and data modelling that separate a useful system from a pretty one.
MargemX occupies the space between the three: strategic consulting scope, engineering depth, pricing aligned with SMEs. The diagnostic typically identifies more value than the engagement costs.
Technical partner for Portugal 2030 and PRR.
MargemX is the engineering that executes the funded project. We cover the technical side: scope, indicators, architecture and implementation. The formal candidacy and accounting of eligible expenses are handled in partnership with a PRR consultant or the client's accountant.
